About me

In my designs I follow two main principles - a dress has to embellish its wearer and moreover it has to feel comfortable. Being convinced that every woman’s best body parts are her head and her heart, I design minimalistic garments that do not leave the wearer in the shadow, but enlighten and empower her.

Being born in Estonia into a family of Estonian, Seto and Russian heritage I continuously search for ways to connect Nordic simplicity, Seto earthiness and Slavic opulence with Mediterranean ease and joy.

With a Master's Degree in Textile Technology and Higher Diploma in Fashion Design I am equally interested in both disciplines. Being concerned about the problems caused by fast fashion and large amounts of waste produced in clothing industry, I believe that high quality materials in combination with functional and comfortable design is a solution to extend the garment’s life cycle.

All my creations are realized by me or in collaboration with the best artisans. Where possible, I prefer to use natural materials. Around 80% of textile residues I reuse for loom knitting rugs.
